CE Broker: Outdated License Information

Modified on Wed, 7 Oct at 3:05 PM

For veterinarians and licensed veterinary technicians who already have a CE Broker account, there may be an error preventing you from uploading your continuing education information.

Several individuals have reported that the system is displaying outdated license information, such as showing a license as expired when it has already been renewed.

If you are experiencing this issue, please review CE Broker's instructions for updating your CE cycle:

Updating Your CE Cycle

Requesting a Manual CE Cycle Update

If your new CE cycle has officially begun but your account still displays a previous cycle or incorrect dates, a manual update may be required. To request an update:

  1. Obtain a digital copy or clear photo of your renewed license showing the current expiration date.
    • Log in to your GOALS account at Georgia GOALS.
    • Navigate to Print License.
    • Download and save a copy of your license to attach to your request.
  2. Confirm the correct CE cycle dates established by the Georgia State Board of Veterinary Medicine.
    • The current CE cycle is January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2026.
  3. Submit a request to CE Broker with:
    • A copy of your renewed license showing the updated expiration date.
    • The correct CE cycle dates listed above.
  4. To submit your request, click the "Submit a Request" button located in the upper-right corner of the CE Broker Help Center page.

If you continue to experience difficulties after requesting an update, we encourage you to contact CE Broker directly for additional assistance.
