The Georgia State Board of Veterinary Medicine (not us!) will require all licensees who must complete continuing education for renewal — both veterinarians and licensed veterinary technicians — to register and report their CE hours through CE Broker®.
CE Broker® is a free online system that gives licensees a central place to store CE records, monitor compliance, and self-report completed courses.
- You’ll need to create an account and begin logging your CE.
- A free Basic account will be sufficient for most veterinary professionals in Georgia.
- In‑person courses: If you receive a paper certificate, scan it or take a clear photo showing your name, course title, provider, date, and hours. Upload the document if prompted and save a copy for your records.
- Online courses: Download the official digital certificate (a PDF is preferred). Enter course details exactly as shown and upload the file if requested.
In both cases, accuracy matters! Taking a few extra seconds to review entries can prevent issues later.
